Terms & Conditions

All new registrations are offered a free trial. This enables you/your child to try one or all five classes for free for one day.

Payments for classes will be on a monthly rolling subscription coming out on the 1st of every month. If you book multiple classes e.g. street dance and afrobeat your monthly subscription will be adjusted and the fees below reflected.

  • One subject e.g. street dance -£30.00 per month (based on £8.00 per week)
  • Two subjects e.g. Street dance and drama - £41.00 per month (based on £11.00 per week)
  • Three subjects - £52.00 per month (based on £14.00 per week)
  • Four subjects - £63.00 per month (based on £17.00 per week)
  • Five subjects - £67.00 per month (based on £18.00 per week)

Siblings receive £10.50 off per month (based on £3.00 per week)

Turbelles Performing Arts runs during term time. We break for two weeks over Easter and Christmas and six over the Summer holidays, however we do not break for half terms.Your monthly payment plan is based on your weekly fee over the course of the 42 weeks we operate for (per year). Your weekly fee is multipled by 42 weeks and then divided equally into twelve lower monthly payments (e.g.£14x42÷12), therefore fees are still due during the holidays. A small transaction fee is also added.

To cancel your subscription, you must inform us by the 27th of the month. Should you cancel after this date, you will still be charged. Please note, a final payment may be required to settle any outstanding fees before your subscription can be cancelled.

Refunds will only be issued for cancelled classes.

Our students are required to be in uniform within four weeks of joining us. Our school t-shirt costs £18.50 to £19.50 and is compulsory. Parents should provide plain black leggings or jogging bottoms. Our full uniform list, will be shared with you upon registration.

It is important to us that all our students enjoy our classes. We ask all our students to have fun, work well with their peers/tutors and attend with positive energy. We also ask parents to do their utmost to help their childre attend classes regularly.
